Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and for wanting to learn more about us!
I’m Beth, founder of The Pet Box Ltd, and proud dog mum to Saffy—the inspiration behind it all.
I brought Saffy home just before lockdown began, and like many new puppy owners at the time, our plans for exciting adventures and socialising came to a sudden stop. With the world on pause, I found myself looking for ways to keep her happy, entertained, and feeling loved from the comfort of home.
From fun games and interactive toys to creative indoor activities, I was determined to make those early days special while we waited for the world to reopen.
But when it came to treats, we faced a challenge.
Saffy has a very sensitive stomach, and so many supermarket treats simply didn’t agree with her. I spent countless hours searching for tasty alternatives that were gentle on her tummy—but I quickly realised the options were limited, repetitive, and often hard to find.
As a huge foodie myself, I couldn’t help but think… if I’d get bored eating the same snacks every day, surely Saffy would too!
So, I made it my mission to discover unique, healthy, and delicious dog treats that you wouldn’t normally find on supermarket shelves.
After years of researching, testing, and finding the very best products, I decided in 2026 to bring my ideas to life and share them with fellow dog owners everywhere.
And so, The Pet Box was born.
Our mission is simple: to provide dogs with healthy, natural treats and exciting products that both pups and pawrents can feel good about.
We carefully select treats that are:
✔ Gluten-free
✔ High in protein
✔ Low in fat
✔ Perfect for dogs with allergies or sensitivities
Whether your pup has dietary needs, a sensitive stomach, or is just a little fussy, we’re confident we’ll have something tail-waggingly good for them.
And if we don’t?
We’ll do our best to get it in stock for you!

Saffy - CPT (Chief Product Tester)
Hi hooman, my name is Saffy 🐶🤍
I am the very important CPT (Chief Product Tester) here at The Pet Box Ltd! ✨
When my mummy first told me she was starting her very own business—and that it meant I’d get to taste lots and lots of yummy treats and play with loads of fun toys—I thought she was having a little giggle and pulling my paw! 🐾
But then… something amazing happened.
Lots and lots of boxes started arriving at our door! 📦
And oh my dog… they smelt PAWSOME.
That’s when I knew mummy was telling the truth… and my dream job had officially begun! 💼✨
I take my role as Chief Product Tester very seriously.
I make sure every single treat passes my very strict taste testies (it’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it 🤭).
I only approve the tastiest, yummiest treats for all my fellow doggos.
And if something isn’t quite up to scratch?
I give mummy “the look” 👀 so she can go and find even better goodies!
I’m also in charge of toy testing too! 🧸
I make sure all the toys are super fun, extra squeaky, and strong enough for my favourite game…

My absolute favourite thing is meeting all my furry frens when mummy takes me to events. I love making new pals, getting cuddles, and showing off my important job title 💁🏼♀️🐕
I can’t wait to meet even more new frens in the future!

John - Hampaws Handyman/ Sustainability Director
Hi, my name is John 👋
I’m the official Handyman here at the Pet Box Ltd 🐾
When Beth first told me her vision for the Pet Box, I quickly realised I’d need to dust off my “man skills” and prepare for a very important role in the business!
My day-to-day responsibilities include being:
🚗 Taxi driver
📦 Professional box lifter
⛺ Gazebo setter-upper
🐶 Pooch petter
☕ Puppuccino pourer
🛡️ Personal security guard for our very important CPT, Saffy
In short… I wear many hats! 🤭
I love helping Beth at the shop and events because I’m a huge dog lover, and spending the weekend surrounded by wagging tails and happy furry faces visiting our stall is my idea of a perfect time.
I also help ensure that all the Pet Box products are responsibly sourced, as natural as possible, and chosen with sustainability in mind—because we care about creating products that are good for both our pups and the planet 🌍
I’m really excited to see where the Pet Box journey takes us and to watch the brand grow into a name that pups, pawrents, and dog lovers everywhere know and love.
